Picomat PVC Foam Board can be processed by traditional tools that are similar to woodworking tools. Here is the brief introduction of all basic tools:

1. Sliding Table Panel Saw

This is the specialized sliding table panel saw used to cut panels (WPC, MDF, Plywood…). The machine can have either one or two saw blades.

2. Automatic edge – banding machine

The edge – banding machine is widely used in production of interior and wooden door…, which operates upon thermoplastic adhesive. The edge - banding glued onto edges of doors, tables, cabinets protects the products against chipping and gives increasing aesthetical satisfaction. We have many types of edge – banding available in either the same color as Picomat PVC Foam Board or different hues: glossy black, glossy white, vertical silver, aluminum, 3D, acrylic…

3. Screw drilling machine

The standard screw for Picomat PVC Foam Board is screw DIN 96.

4. CNC Cutting machine

CNC Cutting machine subtly deals with metal, Wood Plastic Composite and natural wood to create more complex shapes in accordance with requirements of modern technology.

5. Hand plane or Planer

Planer is used to fatten and create a smooth surface from a rough panel. The machine has wide applications in wood working materials and interior manufacture.
