PVC 555 is the specialized glue, used to connect standard sheets together and support structural connection between Picomat PVC Foam Boards (PVC Foam, PVC Foam Sheet). In addition, PVC 555 could be used to glue the edgebanding in order to hide the imperfection during the fabrication process.

Each closed box of PVC 555 Glue weighs 2 kilograms and has a long service life. It is worth noting that when left outside, the glue can only be used within 20 minutes. Therefore, it is recommended that we should take an adequate amount of glue for using.

Directions for connecting 2 sheets at the right angles:

• Step 1: Sanding the contact point

• Step 2: Cleaning the contact point by a clean cloth

• Step 3: Rolling the glue onto a flat surface so that the glue spreads evenly onto the roller. After that, rolling the glue onto the contact point and wiping the redundant glue on the surface.

After about a 10 – second wait, connect 2 sheets together and firmly hold them within 10-20 second.

We will have the finished product after 3-4 hours.
