Currently, there are 3 types of screw available on the market:

1. Black screw with pointed tip, fine thread and small crew body is often used for wood materials so it is not suitable for Picomat materials.

2. Screw with self - drilling point is used to connect Picomat PVC Foam Board with metal objects like iron zinc…Due to its slotted tip, the screw holding strength is weak so it is not recommended.

3. DIN 96 screw – the recommended accessory owing to its coarse thread, fat screw body and countersunk head, achieving high holding strength.

The screw length in centimeter: 1.5, 2.5, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

Connecting hinge to door: 1.5cm long screw recommended

Connecting sheets with each other: 5cm – 8cm long screw recommended

Instruction on screwing onto Picomat PVC Foam Board

• Tools: Screwdriver machine, DIN 96 screw

• Screwing cycles:

Step 1: Identify the sheet’s width in order to choose the suitable length of screw (6cm wide supporting bar should be connected by 7cm long screw)

Step 2: Identify the screwing point

Step 3: Use the screwdriver machine to connect sheets together and have a finished product.
